Hi Houstonians! I'm looking for a clean and responsible person to rent one of the extra rooms in my 3 bed/2 bath home in the Lakeshore neighborhood. Renter will share bathroom with current roomate. The carpeted room is lightly furnished with a bed, lamp, nightstand, and chest of drawers but the furniture could be removed if you have your own.

-Well stocked kitchen
-Must be friendly with pets (I have 3 wonderful cats)
-Utilities & Wifi included
-Key lockable door on request
-Driveway parking in safe neighborhood
Neighborhood is less than a 10 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, Beltway 8, and approximately 35-40 minute drive to downtown at non-rush hour times.

Current up-to-date drivers license and reliable transportation is required. Please no criminal history. The background check through TransUnion SmartMove is $40. If approved, a security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is due when the lease is signed, and the first month's rent is due at move-in. Room is available starting January 04, 2021.
