Large Room Available With Private Bathroom

I have a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in the Rice Military area in Houston. There is an olympic size pool and a huge gym with a dance studio that is the same size as the gym. There is a park directly behind complex with a huge dog park, tennis courts, softball field and directly across from Bayou Park which is huge. Non smoking one hypoallergenic dog. Non shedding. The area is amazing just minutes from downtown. The laundry room is on site and has plenty of machines. It is extremely close to the apartment. There are multiple locations as well. You use an app to get in the gate just have to register your phone number. Packages go to secure locker boxes where you type in a code and the locker opens up or use the app and it will let you open the locker. I have never had any issues with door deliveries either. I have been here many years and love this place. The room is furnished but if you have your own set I can always sell the set. Available as long as ad is up.
