Single bedroom-Townhouse in Midtown/Montrose

We are offering a single bedroom in our townhouse located in Midtown/Montrose. The bedroom is smaller, however the common space and kitchen is very spacious. This is the perfect location that is not too close to midtown/Montrose to deal with noise but still close enough to walk! You won’t find another newer townhouse room available at this price!
