ABOUT MY HOME: Spacious, bright and modern home built in 2020. This home is located in a new beautiful and quiet neighborhood located approximately 20-25 minutes away from the medical center and 10 minutes away from hobby airport.
ABOUT THE ROOM: I currently have one open room for rent. Standard room ($700) is spacious and includes its own bathroom (with a tub-shower) and a closet.
ABOUT THE RENT: Rent includes access to the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and back yard. Driveway parking available. Cleaning lady comes to deep clean kitchen, living room and bathroom once a month. But regular maintaining is highly suggested.
High speed internet, gas, and water will be included in the rent as well.
PLEASE NOTE: Electricity will be split 50/50 .
