Spare Room Available

The house is right next to N Shepherd Dr. and a few blocks away from 45 North so easy access to downtown and the heights. The house has a pool and jacuzzi, 2 separate bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms total, but one is more of a study than anything. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, and the study to yourself. There is a backyard and firepit. The room itself has 2 closets. They are not walk-in closets, but have plenty of room.

I am very active so I am usually out of the house doing yoga, running, or different workouts. I like to go to events in Houston so I am not always at home. When I am at home, I am usually reading or watching TV. I do have a dog, Tater, that gets along with both cats and dogs. He is super friendly and a big cuddler. It would be nice if my roommate would like to become friends, but that is not the expectation and I am cool with them just hanging out in the house separate.
