Cute cottage in the north side

Looking for a roommate to fill a second bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath house. There is a fenced in backyard with a detached garage. The living space is a simi open layout with a dining room, living room and huge kitchen with a gas stove. There is only 1 bathroom but it sits between the two bedrooms so it’s easy to share. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The landlord is wonderful and takes care of any issues immediately. There are really great neighbors that I have gotten to know over the years. You have super easy access to your 610 and 45.
I am a 32 year old wedding planner, I work from home most of the week but am out of the house a lot of weekends for work. I have a dog and a cat but they are super friendly and get along with other animals easily.
