Large room in the Heights

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for a house in the Heights I’ve recently renovated. The room is a spacious, has a decent size closet, and tons of natural light. The bathroom is not attached to the room, but is yours, as the other bedrooms have bathrooms. There is parking available in the gated driveway.

I’m a young professional female. I’m social, and open we can be friends but it’s not a requirement. I won’t be making noise late, and keep the shared living spaces neat. I have a very sweet kitty, who won’t bother you.

There are cute restaurants and bars within walking distance. Downtown is a few-minute drive (6-8 depending on where you’re going!), and restaurants/bars in the Heights and Washington corridor are 5-10 minutes away as well.
