Single Room in 4 bed house in Spring

My husband in I live in a 2 story home in Spring, TX. He is currently pursuing his doctorate and so we are looking to rent out a spare bedroom. The room is fairly sizeable, furnished, and there is a bathroom just outside the room that will be renovated in the coming months. We do have a dog, he is a husky but is not loud and he is very friendly. Rent is $850/month and is a flat fee so no utilities will be charged. The home is newly renovated, 2500 square feet and well maintained. We are very clean as well.
