Quiet house in SW Houston on tree-lined street

I'm looking for 2 female roommates in the Sharpstown area. The rent is $800 a month for each bedroom and shared common areas plus 1/3rd of the monthly bills (with 3 roommates). Monthly bills are around $200, maybe a little more for AC in the summer, for 3 roommates. Regarding pets, I am allergic to cats, but a small to medium-sized dog up to 30 lbs. may be considered. There is no pet here currently.

Enjoy coffee and breakfast, or a freshly grilled meal in the backyard gazebo, or gardening, if so inclined. This nearly 2000 s. f. one-story ranch-style home features freshly painted walls, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the unfurnished bedroom, hall, and living/dining room. The bedroom is approximately 10x17' including the closet. The shared remodeled hall bathroom is bright and cheerful with a new tub, tile, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped, including 2 refrigerators and a full freezer (in the garage). The living/dining room, and den are fully furnished with a TV in each. A washer and dryer and parking in the driveway are available. Wi-Fi and lawn service are included in the monthly bills. Enjoy playing the grand piano.

There is easy access to many areas of town, including downtown Houston, Upper Kirby, the Medical Center, Sugarland, Mission Bend, Energy Corridor, Memorial, and Town and Country. Enjoy walking in the neighborhood. The large, beautiful Arthur Storey Park is 2 miles away. A bus route is available on Bellaire and Gessner. There are many restaurant choices along Bellaire, Westheimer, and in other areas less than 15 minutes away.

I am an artist and enjoy movies, gardening, cooking, walking the labyrinth, traveling, and having friends and family over for dinner occasionally.
