All utilities paid, water, trash, electricity, streaming TV, internet and also security cameras. This house has a fenced in yard. Parking available in fenced in carport. Nearly everything is 15-20 minutes (away without bad traffic) Downtown, Astrodome, NRG Stadium, and Medical Center. Looking for a respectful person that can keep all areas clean, who quiet and keeps to them self. There is no drinking, drugs or smoking allowed in this house. Rent is $520 a month and required is a no refunded $40 for application fee and background check and show that you gainfully employed with verifiable source of income.
