Furnished bedroom with hardwood floors and central heating/AC in a house. Shared areas are the kitchen/ living room and bathroom. Some utilities paid, water, trash, electricity, streaming TV, internet and security cameras. This house has a fenced in yard. Parking available in fenced in carport. Nearly everything is 15-20 minutes (away without bad traffic) Downtown, Astrodome, NRG Stadium, and Medical Center. Looking for a respectful person that can keep all areas clean, who is quiet and keeps to them self. Social drinking okay, and smoking outside only. Rent is $540 a month and required is a no-refund of $50 for application fee and background & credit check and show that you are gainfully employed with verifiable source of income.
