Home located in Spring TX! Looking for one roommate to take one room in our 4 bed/3 bath home. Rent is $600 including utilities, and deposit is also $600.

The house and common areas (living room, kitchen, patio, etc.) are shared with three others, but two rooms share their own bathroom. The house has a front yard, back yard/patio, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a home gym! Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

The house is a 5 minute drive to shopping mall (includes a Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, restaurants) and HEB, and 8 minute drive to Kroger shopping mall and I-45. Tons of restaurants and shops around that are easy to access.

Everyone in the house is bilingual (spanish and english). We are all very friendly but we also enjoy our alone time, so you'll see us every now and then. We're looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and respectful. Once you reach out, we can schedule a time for you to see the house and meet everyone.
