Private bedroom and bathroom upstairs - 2 other ladies in their twenties also have private bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs - lady renters only. Washer and dryer on second floor - access to community pool and park - Wi-Fi available - access to entire house except Master Bedroom and Office - Owner of the house is only there on some weekends and some Fridays and stays in the Master bedroom on the first floor - overnight guests allowed - guest bedroom upstairs - exercise game room upstairs - guest room upstairs - access to kitchen, dining room, living room on 1st floor - owner is male who works in Sulphur Louisiana during the week so you and the other ladies renters will be by yourselves during the week - maximum privacy, security, and safe space is provided - interaction with owner is minimized
