1 Room and Private Bathroom

Have one room I’m not using and another that we can share for storage or whatever. I have a small kitchen that you can use. Big back yard and decent sized living room that can be shared. I have a gym in the garage but the garage is not in the best condition because the previous owners don’t understand how painting a garage inside works. There are a few dinks on the walls on the staircase, other than that house looks good. The rent money is going into fixing up the house. Just don’t be too crazy but I’m not really someone who cares about stuff or gets annoyed easily.
