Whole floor - 1 bed, 1 bath in a 3 story Home

Young professional renting a **private room in a brand new home in a gated community** to another young professional. You'll have a whole floor to yourself- one full bath, a (good-size!) closet, and bedroom as pictured. The second floor is the common area with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The third floor is my bedroom.

Private room is unfurnished - utilities, HOA, and Wifi included with rent. Room has its own private door through the back- as pictured. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. If you're interested, feel free to message me any questions and a little bit about yourself :) I'm a giant nerd that works full-time at a major hospital in data science. I'm currently working remote for the foreseeable future. It can get a little isolating, so a cool roommate would be a nice change-of-pace. I'm pretty friendly, but I know when to mind my own business too.

The house is in a great central location less than 10 minutes away from CityCentre, Memorial City Mall, H-E-B, Costco, Sam's Club, H-Mart, 99 Ranch, Ikea, Home Depot, etc.

- Kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, sink, oven, microwave, Keurig, air fryer, air popcorn maker, Instantpot)
- Shared washer/dryer (new, can run at any hour)
- Garage parking (will provide clicker if we decide to room together)
- I'm okay with male roommates if we vibe but no pets or smoking please
