Looking for someone to share a rental house with. It’s in Spring Branch, close to Memorial Park Easy. Spring Branch Trail is a short walk across the street. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and mostly working class families.
I’m easy going and contentious of others. I work for local government and currently from home. Moved here from Seattle several years ago.
It’s a 3 bedroom house also has a carport. The available room is 14 x 12 with hardwood floors like the rest of the house.
Dealer breakers would include drug/alcohol abuse, non-COVID vaccinated, drama, unreasonably messy.
Would need to be added to lease that renews next in July 2022. Landlord requires application and 650+ credit score, clean criminal history, good rental history. Thanks!
