The unit in question has two second story balconies - one of which overlooks a gorgeous courtyard. With your own washer/dryer in the apartment and approximately 875 square feet to spread out, you will want to stay forever. The other residents are long-termers and lovely neighbors. You may have a pet IF you are a responsible owner. This building is too important not to take care of its beautiful hardwood floors.
Currently, we charge $40 per month for water. You would pay electricity.
