Room for rent with shared bathroom.

This is a private room and bathroom in a 3/2 apartment. Complex has valet trash service, a pool, workout center, dog park and dog wash (although I allow no dogs/cats. Other pets are open) package lockers for delivers, and elevators. Shared living room and kitchen. I am a 28 year old recent grad and bartender. I work at home most of the time during office hours but sometimes I go in as well. I work some weekend nights as well. I’m easy and keep to myself.
