If renter wants shared access to the rest of the house, a different rate can be provided upon inquiry.

A little bit about me: I’m currently a working professional in the consulting industry. I do have a small dog and he’s really friendly. You won’t see my dog though as the room available for rent is on a totally separate floor from where my dog resides. I’m most of the time at home now due to the remote working nature of my job.
