- High, Vaulted Ceiling
- Huge Walk-in closet
- Plenty of outlets for your electronics
- Includes with mini fridge and freezer
- Plenty of Natural Light
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of 50% of one month's rent is required before move in. In this case, it would be $625
We are more than happy to schedule a Visit so you can see everything yourself.
About the Roommates:
Juan:
- 33 Years old
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Engineer by day, and full Entrepreneur by night (The hustle is real)
- Works from home and spend most of the day in our office.
- Active, easy to get along with, deep conversationalist.
Principles:
- We are firm believers in maintaining a balanced lifestyle: we love sports, socializing, learning about other cultures and mentalities, and eating healthy.
- Keeping harmony in the house is our priority..
