Roommate will be subject to background and rental history verification and should be willing to sign a minimum of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months lease. Maximum lease duration will be 12 months.
Will require a refundable security deposit of $300.00. All utility cost are inclusive in the rent. Tenant will have a private bed and bath. Home is located in a gated community in Houston Royal Oaks Community.
