3 story house by NRG

This is a 3 story, 3 bedroom house very close to NRG stadium- sitting on 610 loop. The house is currently empty(photos show it furnished). The primary bed is on the 3rd floor, 2nd bed with separate bathroom is on the 1st floor, kitchen & living in between. So plenty of privacy in this split plan. Common areas on 2nd floor are shared ofcourse. Parking is available inside the gate.
I am the owner & only other person occupying the property. My dog might come & go between here and my moms house(small maltipoo vaccinated). I work from home. I like to entertain and have friends over - drinking, music, game nights, etc. I dont mind if you/your friends want to join or if you want to keep away, your choice but some weekends will have company. Im pretty chill and open, can discuss specifics
