Are you looking for a peaceful and spacious place to call home? We have a unique opportunity for a responsible and drama-free individual to join our household by July. Here’s what we offer:

The Space: Two Bedrooms: You’ll have two bedrooms side by side, perfect for setting up an office, a game room, or a hobby space. If you have a cat, one of the room closets can easily accommodate a litter box. Both rooms face the west, so they get plenty of natural sunlight.

Your Own Bathroom: You’ll have your own bathroom with a shower and tub.

Rent: $850 per month. With utilities, the total cost will be around $950.

Additional Storage: You’ll have half of a hallway closet for extra storage. There is also a downstairs closet for extra storage space plus the garage.

Shared Amenities: Downstairs, there is a kitchen, living room, garage, a 1.5 bathroom, and a washer and dryer.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy a quiet area with a beautiful backyard where you can sip your morning coffee or start a garden.

Pets: Cats are welcome. One dog is also allowed.

You will share the house with a couple who share the master bedroom. They’re both nerdy, borderline-hippies who are laidback and will be very respectful of your personal space! Also, they have a cat. Above all, they’re seeking a drama-free roommate who’s looking for a 12-month (or longer) lease. Also, no parties or hard drugs.

Our Vibe: Open Communication: We’ll maintain open and respectful communication with our roommate. We can set up a group text and have regular check-ins to discuss any concerns and ensure everyone’s needs are being met.
