Hello I want to rent my extra rooms out in my house. There is also a second living room up stairs so lounge at as well. I will furnish it as well if needed. We have a free gym/amenity center as well so you don’t have to get a gym membership. Grass is taken care of and I have a great cleaning lady that comes every two weeks. I am very clean person and expect the same from roommates. No dogs allowed in my house because I am allergic to them.
