About The House:
My house is a beautiful 4 bed/2 bath home in a great neighborhood in Hewitt. It’s centrally located enough to have super quick/easy access to restaurants/parks/entertainment etc, but far enough away from Hewitt Dr that the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is a 2 min drive to I-35N on-ramp and 15 mins from Baylor/Downtown so it's really a perfect location to everything. The house is kept clean & well maintained, and is fully furnished with everything you might need including a washer/dryer, all needed kitchen appliances etc. I have a nice backyard with a patio that has a lovely table for outdoor dining, a grill, a fire pit, string lights, and privacy fencing. There is room for you to park your car in the driveway, next to mine.

About The room:
The room is freshly painted and fully furnished with a super comfortable memory foam queen bed, bedding, a dresser, a bedside table, and a lamp. It has a ceiling fan and a spacious closet. You would share a bathroom only with 1 other roommate - no one else.

About the Household Members:
I'm a 32 year old female with a graduate degree and a professional, full-time career. I have a super chill/quiet/mature 16 year old that just reads and does homework most of the time. My other roommate is a 47 year old Baylor professor who is very nice and easy going. My 11 year old pit-mix rescue pup is super sweet and well behaved and just enjoys spending his days laying around on the couch, sun bathing, and cuddling. I am laid back and easy going, but also very clean/organized. I enjoy a good beer or a fun night out occasionally, but we usually keep it pretty quiet/chill at the house because we all have demanding lives/jobs/schedules :)

About You:
I'm looking for a roommate who is clean/neat and mature/responsible. A graduate student, working professional, or travel healthcare worker would be a great fit! No smoking, drugs, pets, or room sharing.

More Details:
Will prorate the first month's rent. I am open to shorter or longer term renters.

Side note: I have also had the room rented for a few months as a home office for someone who was in the process of building their home, and that worked out great, so I am open to alternative arrangements such as renting it as office space as well.
