I have a 4 bedroom2 bath home and I am renting out one of the bedrooms. You will have your own bathroom, access to washer dryer, living room and kitchen. All utilities included except cable. I currently use HULU to watch TV. I have two smalls dogs that are quiet and will not be in the way. I am looking for someone that is quiet such as myself and clean.
