Furnished Room For Rent

I have a room for rent in my home. I dont have pics of the room as of now bc our current roommate is in the process of moving out. So, the room isnt available until March 30th. She is aware that I am looking for another roommate and is completely okay with me showing the room with her things still in it. I live in a 3 bdr 1& 1/2 bath brick home on 2 acres. It is located in Magnolia TX in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The back yard is completely fenced in with an above ground pool. My husband works full time and I work part time. When not at work we are just homebodies. We rarely have company. The room is completely furnished with a queen size bed, small dresser, TV, small desk and nightstands. We have 3 small indoor dogs (2 Shih Tzus & a Yorkie). Also 5 chickens in the backyard. We're not partiers but very easy to get along with, laid back and easy going.
