Private room for rent with a private bathroom in a 3 bed 3 bath home on Lake Conroe.

I have a great view of the lake from the porch that is a great place to wind down after a long day. April sound is a gated community with 24 security/gate, pools, private country club, 3 golf courses, private marina, and a tremendous tennis facility with both covered/uncovered courts. You will have a private bathroom and room. The other spare room is for quest. Yours or mine. There is even a door that separates the hall were the two spare rooms are located, and the private bathroom, for added privacy. There is a third bathroom for any quest. The room already is furnished but if you want your own stuff to move in with we can see what we can work. Please feel free to ask any questions.

PS. You will need references and be willing to have a background check. I also will provide references for 2 previous renters.
