We are a respectful and easy-going couple who spend most of our time on the first floor of the house. My boyfriend's office and den are upstairs, where he works from home. We are both quiet and enjoy cooking, hiking, camping, and painting. My boyfriend loves video games, while I prefer board games. I also host a monthly book club, which is a great opportunity to engage in lively discussions and meet new people.

Our home is shared with two adorable cats. Kitty is an attention-loving feline who will do anything for a cuddle or scratch behind the ears. Richard is a bit more reserved and may be shy around strangers, but he loves to nap in someone's lap once he gets to know them.

I spend a portion of every year out of town, but I host my family for the holidays. This includes my three energetic nephews aged between 6 to 12, my brother, his wife, and my parents. We are a friendly and open-minded couple who value respect, kindness, and communication.

The available room is fully furnished and comfortable, and you'll have access to a spacious bathroom. We're looking for a roommate who shares similar values and interests, someone who is clean, responsible, and easy to get along with.
