Laid back couple looking to rent out a spare room

Hey everyone! We have a third room that looks like it’s gonna be available by the end of this month due to current tenant not paying their part of rent. We are just looking for someone reliable. We do have quite a few animals so our house is kind of loud at times.. but they are very friendly. There is a driveway you can park in. One of us works from home, and the other usually works nights. You will have your own bathroom. Common spaces are free to use.
