The room is on the second story of the home. There are 2 rooms upstairs as well as a game room/living room and a bathroom/shower. The House is in a quiet and safe neighborhood 5-10 minutes away from Royse City and I-30. Parking is available on the street. The garage can be used for storage. There are also two pools in the neighborhood. There are three people living there at the moment. Two males and one female, all in their early twenties so we are looking for someone in that age range. One occupies the downstairs room. Two occupy one room upstairs, which leaves one room left upstairs. We also have a medium sized dog.
