Tenant is responsible for cleaning private area and kitchen after use. All linens and kitchenware are provided. Weekly cleaning of common areas provided. Weekly linen laundry service available. Minimum 30, 60 or 90 day renewable leases. $500.00 refundable security deposit, $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, $950.00 1st month's rent all due upon signing. Strictly no smoking and no animals.
