Looking for a roommate single bedroom furnished . newly renovated home. roommate will have access to the house, shareable bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. the home is located in south arlington, about 5 mins from I-20. Ideal roommate would be anyone between the ages of 25-40. I am easy going, clean, and friendly. I have one pet a pitbull extremely friendly but no additional pets. Two story house, upstairs bathroom redone and will be sharable and one half bath downstairs. Smoking is allowed only in garage or outside. . Rent would be $750 a minimum 6 months, and $300 security deposit.
