Month to month contract, 45 days required for cancellation. We are very laid back with busy schedules resulting in a mostly- quiet environment. House is both male and female occupied. Future tenant would share bathroom with 1 other roommate.
2 large breed dogs in the home, as well. Although my wife and I smoke, it’s strictly outside and we are avid about not letting the house smell like a bowling alley
