Looking for a roommate, just me and my daughter.

I’m looking for a young adult to mid 30s to be my roommate. I live in Benbrook Texas, but I’m on the border of Fort Worth. The property is a townhome located down the street from Camp Bowie Boulevard. I would prefer a female but a male would be fine as well. I don’t mind smoking but no pets. Must be able to show consistent income. It is a shared bathroom but there is a half bath downstairs. Groceries can be provided only if there is some sort of contribution. Everything is located, for the most part, less than 10 minutes away. No more than one child to accompany you in the room. I would prefer it to be only one adult but we can discuss two. If there are two adults living in the room they must both be working and they will pay 2/3 of the bills. Which would be about $830. The room has 2 closets and is right by the bathroom.
