Hello! I live in a 2 story freshly renovated Condo with a small backyard that is gated. It has room for grilling in the summer!
The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with bathtubs/shower. The room for rent is being used as a vocal studio now but is designed to be a bedroom with a bathroom directly off of it. I have a brand new white metal bed with mattress if you need a bed. If you want to bring your own please do. I do not have a dresser for the room. it has a good roomy closet.
My bedroom has a balcony overlooking the backyard. You are welcome to sit out there.
The downstairs has a galley kitchen which has new countertops. . The eating area will be sectioned off to create a small studio for my students. I teach 2 evenings a week at home but only to 7pm. On Saturday I teach at home usually from 10 to 2. All other teaching I do is out of the home. There is a One car garage and 2 parking spaces for the condo. I have great neighbors and the Owner/manager is very attentive.
I have one cat. If you are allergic to cats don't apply.
