There is a sliding glass door access to a covered Patio, with a large empty closet for your extra stuff.
Large enough for bicycles. There is a fully functional Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, double sink, and garbage disposal. Food closet is huge and all yours.
Neighborhood has plenty of parking, an outdoor pool and hottub, and gym on property.
I am only using the dining room area as an office during the weekdays, and will not be spending nights in the apartment.
That means the weekday nights, and all weekends and holidays, the apartment is all yours!
