12.2 x 14.8 room with large window pretty view

The room is furnished with 2 chairs, dresser, side table, 2 lamps and a new full mattress, and black out noise reducing curtains bedding is furnished and the private bathroom is furnished with towels etc. shared kitchen and living area. washer/dryer in apartment, pool, work out room, we overlook the large green area, volley ball, trees, and playground, very quiet, complex, lots of parking.
I would expect a neat considerate roommate as I will be. I enjoy company and cooking for more than 1 person. I'm a good cook so most of my roommates have loved that. I am well traveled and like most cuisines and music. I like rock and roll, blues and new artists. I paint and you can hang any of my extra painting in your room if you like. I usually offer to wash your clothes with mine to make a full load and then bring them to you
I work so am usually in my room reading by 9pm-fri.
My room is at the opposite side of the shared living space so as long as things at your end are not too loud we should be fine. The apartment has been completely remodeled. Granite counter tops, new cabinets. carpet, flooring, appliances, paint. It's very nice.
