secondary bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment. no carpets, second floor, appliances present. the area is safe and the parking is first come first serve if you don't pay for covered parking. i have living room furniture but you will have to bring your own stuff to fill the bedroom with. you will have your own bathroom but it is also the bathroom guests will use if any since it is not attached to the bedroom.
