Large room and closet. Share bathroom with guests

I have a large room with a huge closet available. It’s on the opposite side of the house from me. The bathroom you would share with guests only. You would also have a spot in the driveway. I do have a dog that is not dog friendly. I’m looking for someone who is able to mow the yard/plants some small plants during those months while I clean the inside of the house. (Except for your bathroom and bedroom.)
