Room For Rent - Access To Private Backyard/Pool

looking for a roommate to share my house with. prefer another female, but open to anyone that seems like the right fit. I need someone trustworthy. I want to feel comfortable leaving my dog and my cat walking around the house. I’d like a room that I can be friendly enough with to maybe help me with little things here and there like letting my dog out for me I’m at work and such. I want someone who is responsible and will make sure the house is locked up when they leave. I’m also looking for a roommate that is respectful of privacy and does not help themselves to my belongings. I will respect their privacy and not use or help myself to any of their belongings as well. my house is currently undergoing some construction right now, so I will be getting the floor in the kitchen replaced. you will have access to the left side of the driveway to park your car, full access to my private backyard, which has an inground swimming pool. there’s a hallway bathroom which will be your private bathroom to use. i will not allow any one that I have over to use your bathroom. the bedroom is furnished but if you choose not to want to use the bed in there that is fine too we can move it.
