The house is also 12 miles from DFW airport. The house is huge (roughly 2000 sq feet) with an open living community space/ kitchen in the pictures. Back patio and enclosed patio room is also a shared space. Has washer//dryer. 2-3 people will be living in the house at a time. Currently the other roommate you will rarely see, as he only lives here part time. The bedroom available is the only bedroom shown in the pictures. Smoking allowed only on back patio or anywhere outside. 6mths minimum lease but open to shorter terms depending on circumstances. $500 deposit (fully refundable)/ $900 mth (all bills paid including high speed internet).
