The house is huge (roughly 2000 sq feet) with an open living community space/ kitchen. Back patio and enclosed patio room is also a shared space. Has washer//dryer. 2-3 people will be living in the house at a time. Smoking allowed only on back patio or anywhere outside. 6mths minimum lease but open to shorter terms depending on circumstances. $400 deposit (fully refundable)/ $800 mth (all bills paid including high speed internet).

2nd room available for $1,000 a mth is converted garage. It is very large obviously.
