4 Month Sublease Wanted!

Conveniently located in Arlington, Texas right off of HWY 30. This apartment and apartment complex is centrally located between downtown Ft. Worth and downtown Dallas. In addition to that it is located only 5 minutes away from Arlington’s Entertainment district that includes Cowboy Stadium, Globe Life Field, and sports entertainment center Texas Live.

I am currently looking for somebody to sublease this apartment from November 1 to February 2 (the move out date). Rent for this specific unit is $1460/mo but after fees usually comes out to between $1520-$1550. This is a brand new apartment complex and I have been the only person in this specific unit (which isn’t even a full year old yet). It has very modern granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and grey cabinets. The bedroom, bathroom, and closet are VERY spacious as you can tell by the pictures and it also comes with an enclosed balcony. Management at this complex is beyond great and are very responsive and attentive to needs/ issues and the ammenities in the apartment are all brand new considering the complex itself is barely a year old.
