Furnished bedroom with private bathroom

I have a large three bedroom home with two living rooms. The guest bedroom can be furnished or empty whichever you choose you will have your own bathroom, Your will have access to the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen. No pets. We have a private pool that you will also have access to. I do not drink I do not smoke and do not allow those things in the home. Quiet family neighborhood no children in the home.
