Single renters or single parent renters wanted!

Hello fam! Im a divorced, empty nester, college professor who travels alot! I share my giant home I built in 2001 in Arlington TX with a couple of adorable misfit cats. I prefer to rent to someone for BOTH bedrooms, but will consider renting only one if I dont find someone by 7-10-2022. BOTH: $750 rent, $400 dep. ONE: $400 rent, $400 deposit. Offering 3, 6, 9 or 12 months lease. Im looking for a single renter or single parent with up to 2 kids to rent 2 private bedrooms, 1 private bathroom, 1 private hallway closet, 1 driveway parking space and 1 garage storage shelf for $750. Utilities included but you have to get your own wi-fi. Lots of shared space with 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and 1 upstairs loft, kitchen, laundry, huge pet friendly yard, GREAT MANSFIELD ISD SCHOOLS! Will consider your pets too!
