Looking for another roommate! Rent is $800 per person, including all utilities and internet. My current roommate and I are both working professionals and are looking for someone for the third bedroom. The room can be partially furnished with a bed and has a decent closet. The bathroom is shared with one other person, but there is an extra half-bathroom downstairs. You’ll also have access to 3 living areas, kitchen, laundry facilities, and outdoor deck in private backyard. Spacious, 3 bedroom house is 2 stories and in a safe and quiet neighborhood located in Southwest Arlington. Easy access to natural running trails. Occupants are both clean and tidy; Owner has two cats. Non-smoking, no dogs.
