South Arlington - 1 private bedroom - share bath

Howdy, we’re looking to rent out a private room out of our 5-bedroom house in south Arlington. The house was constructed in Fall 2022. The kitchen, living room, study room, powder room, and game room are common spaces. We have fiber internet, large washer/dryer, netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+. None of us smoke.

The room for rent is upstairs. There is share bathroom upstairs.

There are currently two Asian couples living in the house. We are in our lower 30s. Two roommates are Electrical Engineers. One roommate is studying. And the fourth roommate works in the healthcare field. We’re responsible adults and pretty much homebodies.

We like to maintain a positive and comfortable environment for all roomies by having open communication about any issues.

We also have one indoor cat. However, we’re not looking to add anymore pets to the house.

We keep the common spaces clean. We clean after cooking and dirty dishes go into the dishwasher. Shoes stay near the front door or outside (unless stored in your closet).
