Cheerful home with several rooms for rent

Hi there. We have 2 rooms available in south Arlington available immediately that we customized and built ourselves. They have a good sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, king or queen sized bed, smart tv, Google nest and 1 of the rooms has a private entrance with convection oven and coffee maker, kitchenette. Shared bathroom. We have a nice home with myself, my husband and our 6 month old son. We rent out other rooms in our house but currently only have 2 other nice females living with us. We are particular about who we let live with us due to our son and our pets so no partiers and nice respectable people only.
