Two Rooms for Rent in 1711 sq foot home

I have two bedrooms and one bathroom for rent in a spacious 1711 sq. foot home. One is fully furnished and the other is unfurnished. It's conveniently located 1.5 miles from I35 and 3 miles from 820. The bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom. The furnished room rent is $1150 and the unfurnished room will be $1050. If you choose to rent them both the rent will be $1600 a month. The rental price includes water with limits, electricity with limits, internet, access to streaming service, mini fridge, use of living room and kitchen space. The back is spacious and setup as a relaxing oasis. No pets or smoking allowed in the home.
